When a user registers for the first time the server automatically syncs the user credentials data with the JIRA website however this takes time. Try again later and see if it works.

Try this:
Go to the front page at reactos.org, then log yourself out (if you are already logged in), then log yourself in again. Go to Jira and see if you are now logged in.
If that does not work, then send Colin Finck a personnel message. He deals with the servers.
Please keep the Windows classic 9x/2000 look and feel.

After asking for help in a forum or mailing list, one should tell the others how the problem was resolved. This is good netiquette. Even if the person who asked for help solved the problem, the solution should be shared with the group.ayman wrote:thank you all
