Installed version 0.4.7 Build 20171124-0.4.7-release.GNU_4.7.2 Reporting NT 5.2(Build 3790: Service Pack 2) C:\ReactsOS
Froze. Installed again.
Sometimes boots up & sometimes it doesn't. About 55/45%.
Other ACPI Device - Installation failed - driver could not be found
ACPI Embedded Controller - Installation failed - driver could not be found
ACPI Power Resource - Installation failed - driver could not be found
Other ACPI device - Installation failed - driver could not be found
Other display controller - Installation failed - driver could not be found
PCI-CARDBUS bridge - Installation failed - driver could not be found
Upon normal shutdown screen fades, but never shutsdown without holding down power button.

I wasn't able to get it to show logs entering bt & enter.
Not able to connect it to internet in WiFi or cable.

My best guess is maybe I can search for each driver needed and transfer in by disk.
Thought I'd see what your thoughts are.

Reactos built in driver support is very limited to the very basics. Things like hdd controller, vga / vesa video, ac97 sound, hd Audio (experimental, incomplete), old Realtek RTL8139 NIC, and a few other old NIC's.

so pretty much any drivers needed will need to be found on the net and installed manually in most cases. However keep in mind architectural support for many devices is very incomplete support for network drivers is about the best most stable but still has problems. Support for video drivers has improved quite a bit 2D works if your driver at least boots up with some issues. 3d support is still incomplete but seems to be making some progress. audio support seems limited incomplete. I havent test wifi but from what i have read it's incomplete. Most of whats there is for testing and reporting bugs for when something goes boom and it will :3

you should have good luck in a VM but real hardware is really just for tinkerers and testers at this point but things are improving all the time.

I just hope it reaches alpha state by 2020 because there are going to be many user looking for a alternative to windows 10 when windows 7 is no longer supported.

ACPI is responsible for automatic shutdown of your PC. Considering the failed installation of ACPI drivers as you stated this is your primary reason for such issue. Try to copy the files of these drivers manually to the respective system folders and check if it works.
