I remember as one programmer (not a ReactOS dev) posted a message on the Russian forum about his project — visual GUI designer program, which generates code on C and other languages. The created code uses low-level API calls. Another project aims to work on different platforms. I have not used them; fireball expressed his approval.

that visg tool is pretty cool. Doesn't seem to support unicode. It has a unicode option but all text appears as normal ascii quoted text. Search and replace will fix that. appart from that it is a very cool tool. Hopefully the new version he is working on will get put on his new site.

I guess I'll jut go for Win32. Is there a GUI creator for it?
