When trying to compile a livecd from VS14 (boot/livecd project), 'Debug' mode, the .iso is created without errors:
========== Build: 1173 succeeded, 0 failed, 0 up-to-date, 0 skipped ==========
However the livecd.iso file size is only 147.456KB (as opposed to 234.496KB on MinGW - which works fine) and doesn't boot on VMware.
There's simply a black screen with an underscore after two newlines where there should be boot options.
I'm using the latest git pull.
Any ideas what the issue is causing or am I missing something?

Re: Visual Studio LiveCD Issue
You should not build a livecd from the IDE, but instead use ninja to build from the command line.
Re: Visual Studio LiveCD Issue
Configuring a VSSolution doesn't produce any ninja/make files however, and I don't exactly want to use MinGW.learn_more wrote: ↑Wed Sep 19, 2018 9:44 pm You should not build a livecd from the IDE, but instead use ninja to build from the command line.
If you're not supposed to build a cd from the IDE, then why is the project included in the configured solution in the first place?
It would only confuse newcomers as far as I can tell.
