well there is also openmoko, but I think it is abandoned. I tried it years ago on my HTC magician but it was more instable than xdandroid on more actual phones.

ReactOS will come to phones - not if, when. Current smartphone operating systems are not designed very well for multitasking (switching between apps), and while that will likely change in the coming years, I still think ReactOS has a lot more to offer in that area than current mobile operating systems.
