I use QEMU emulator to boot React OS in Windows XP.
Then, how can I install softwares in React OS?

Make a ISO-file... start Nero or any other burning software, burn all files you need to a ISO-image, mount the image in QEmu and use explorer or shell to install your software...

Basically, instead of burning the install files to a CD-R(W), you 'burn' (write) it to an ISO-image.

...if you want to spend time to figure out which parameters you need from a large list.
Edit: If you would happen you use mkisofs here are some nice parameters..: mkisofs -V title -l -J -R -o isoname.iso folder
