Trying to launch the starcraft installer in reactos -r 19834 does nothing. Tried
double clicking on it in reactos explorer, using the commnd D:\SETUP.EXE, and
D:\SETUP.EXE in run. The installer will not launch at all. No error or any
idication of what the problem is.
