Testing with recent builds, in particular r19904, I was able to complete a build
of a older exported working copy with the RosBE 0.1.  I did not see the
CcSetFileSizes crash with a debug build under vmware.  I did have to up the vm
RAM to 512 to get a uninterrupted pass.  I was also able to install the
resulting bootcd under qemu, running under ReactOS.  With a release build of
19904, the build hung in ntoskrnl, with no ovious debug messages.  I'm going to
resolve this bug anyway, since this was primarily the CcSetFileSizes bug. I'm
not sure what fixed it, but it's fixed.
