This is the diff of my updated trunk/reactos/lib/devmgr/De.rc.
If w3seek commits this, could you please look over my translation, as it is a
bit incomplete and there are some things I wasn't sure about.
And I changed a little mistake in the En.rc, I don't think you want ReactOS to
tell a user "Windows could not identify all the resources this device uses."...
