Testing 0.2.9 and trunk, opening a Command Prompt causes the desktop to hang,
but not the Command Prompt.  You can illistrate this by dragging the Command
Prompt around, it will leave artifacts behind.  Also, the Command Prompt button
does not get inserted/painted on the taskbar for the duration of the hang, but
appears when the desktop frees.  I believe this is what fRy2oo5 is seeing in bug
1106.
