Tested 0.2.8, 0.2.9-RC1 on 0x86 HW:
in Properties for Accessibility/Keyboard/ToggleKeys button "Settings" is locked 
with nearby checkbox and if mouse is over button and a mouse key is pressed to 
press a button, it works as checking the checkbox, but button leaves uneffected.
