Testing ReactOS 0.2.8, 0.2.9-RC1 on x86 HW:

   If You open control panel and try to open Keyboard options, You get a 
window, which title bar declares it to be "Mouse properties". I understand that 
most of keyboards has "tails", but either way there should go Keyboard 
properties, not mouse :-)

   Would be nice to see this fixed in 0.2.9 final.
