We do not expand the pagefile when using a dynamic pagefile.  We simply print
the above message and hang.  BrandonTurner is working on getting us some better
defaults regarding pagefiles, but this needs to be addressed.

As long as you do not run out of swap space, the pagefile seems to actually work
(0.2.9 and trunk around the same time ~20XXX)

I'm sure MM and CC are involved in fixing this.
