The controls in rebar bands (like a combobox) are not shown. It seems they are
first drawn and then everything is drawn grey. The cursor is shown correctly
over the control and when opening a combobox it is shown.

This bug wasn't there in revsion 14295. I will try to find out wich commit is
responsible for this.
