More info: a rebar band with a combo created with CreateWindow is shown
correctly in rev 15210 but not in 0.2.8. A combobox(ex) created with
CreateWindowEx does not show in both revisions.

The name of the rebar band is also not shown, until you click on the position
where it should be, then it becomes visible.
