I see two problems:
- (lib\setupapi\install.c:403) could not create key 00000318 L""
  which is probably a bug in setupapi
- (lib\ntdll\ldr\utils.c:2015) Failed to create or open dll section 
of 'nvcodins.dll' (Status c0000135)
  c0000135 = STATUS_DLL_NOT_FOUND
  Do you have nvcodins.dll in reactos\system32, or nvcod.dll in reactos\inf 
(because nvcod.dll is copied to nvcodins.dll)?
