When using the QEmu under ReactOS 0.2.9 and trunk, the host mouse pointer is not
hidden when the input is grabbed by QEmu.  This is one of the few remaning bugs
that I know about regarding QEmu.  Talking with the devs in IRC, they suggested
it was due to ShowCursor in user32 being unimplemented.
