A set of simple test programs for Alllegro 4.2 that can be used in ReactOS

I came up with some simple test programs for Allegro. I have noticed part of
the problem relates to DirectImput (mouse). I also noticed another problem when
I disabled the mouse in the test programs. It did not display the intended text
and graphics. When I pressed any key to stop the test, the system hanged.

It looks to me that this is actually a meta-bug.
