I tried the web.reg provided by Ritlabs and it did not work under ReactOS. I
also tried a .reg that GreatLord gave me, which had more "Windows XP"-like
settings. Didn't work either.  I've asked JernejL on IRC to peek at the source
code and see if he can tell if it's getting any failures reading the registry.
