.exe files currently show as a blank document (lib/shell32/document.ico) instead
of the executable icon (subsys/system/explorer/res/apps.ico). Please add a
registry entry and/or code to make it work. Copy apps.ico as
lib/shell32/executable.ico and embed into shres.rc.
