I can't reproduce this bug by opening c:\ReactOS\bin in explorer. However,

(subsys\win32k\ntuser\window.c:594) Unable to destroy window 0x8cd6ec64 at
thread cleanup... This is _VERY_ bad!

seems to be a serious thread termination bug caused in various scenarios.
