In a GUI console, type CD <start of some file name> <tab>, the console is closed
due to an unhandled exception.

To reproduce:-  Run CMD.exe, go to c:\ prompt, you have a file called
freeldr.ini there, but no directories that begin with "free" type "CD free"
followed by the tab key.

This is just an example, it will happen everywhere you try to tab-complete a
Filename after the CD command, it works fine for directories.
