ReactOS's Win32k doesnt support the data returned from Freetype if the font is 
of type TTF with SBIT data (Scalar Bitmap, a 1bpp bitmap of the glyph called 
for), or if the font is of type FON (another 1bbp bitmap formatted font type)

The output generated looks very much like random garbage.

This needs addressing, as it can help alleviate our problems with not being 
able to use the Apple Bytecode Interpereter on our own home-brew fonts.


I need either the bytecode interpereter or the SBIT support in order to get 
clean looking fonts on ROS. Please implement ASAP.
