in at least r17972, the context menu you get when you right click the PuTTY
caption bar or taskbar button is broken. In head it seems to be worse. Maybe the
recent change is in relation to Gunnar's ~18404 alloc changes, but the original
problem is further back.  I went back to 17604 and the menu is fine, if I get
time I will narrow this window.
