There are some irrelevant use of "Windows" in rc-files.
They should be modified to "ReactOS", I think.

Line 29 of sysdm/en.rc:
 LTEXT "Windows uses the following information to ....

Line 516 of cmd/En.rc:
 CMD      Starts a new instance of the Windows command interpreter.\n\
And in line 549, 557 and so on.

Line 48 of winmm_En.rc:
 .... to the Windows SYSTEM directory, ....
Line 69:
 .... Try restarting Windows.
