Sorry, i did not give quite correct way to reproduce this error: i assume you do 
not yet have 'notyetexistingfile.txt' in your directory , where you are right 
now (for example c:\).
1.) notepad notyetexistingfile.txt
2.) Errormessage: ERROR
    File 'notyetexistingfile.txt' does not exist 

    Do you want to create a new file?
   
    YES      NO
3.) Choose YES
4.) Errormessage: ERROR
    ERROR FILE NOT FOUND - The system cannot find the file specified.

It should actually open a new file with name notyetexistingfile.txt.
Notepad still has some (untitled) file open.

Sorry for not doing the report so properly. I hope now i made it better...
