After recent vmwinst.exe changes, I can install the vmx_svga driver, but I
cannot change the resolution with desk.cpl.  The problem lies in the way the inf
entries are parsed since they have been moved from hivesys.inf to vmwinst.

In particular:
"DefaultSettings.VRefresh",0x00010001,85

When I checked the registry with regedit, the refresh rate was set to 133
(0x85).  Setting it to 85 (0x55) allows me to change the resolution again.
