In the call, GetAvailableModes() in drivers/video/displays/framebuf/screen.c,
the call to EngDeviceIoControl() seems to be returning that zero video modes are
available.

I see two issues:

1.  GetAvailableModes() should probably be able to handle the contigency where
zero video modes are available, so that it doesn't spaz out and try to allocate
buffers of zero bytes.

2.  Something is up with the video driver that it chose out for me, presumably
as a consequence of my admittedly obsolete version of VMware.
