This is my EventLog changes:
  - Implement basic file operations (WindowsNT compatible file format)
  - Write events from lpc port to System Log
    (to read these events, open \ReactOS\system32\config\SysEvent.evt in Windows
EventViewer)  
  - RPC server (stubs)
