I've looked to the back trace. Some parts of the code can only be execute if
either the disk is an atapi device or if someone overwrites parts of the irp
queue from scsiport.sys. Usually, a disk is an ide device. Can you please check
this with the patch? You must also add /'BEBUGPORT=xxx' to the OsLoadOptions in
txtsetup. If you use '/DEBUGPORT=SCREEN' you should add an endless loop
previous line #679 in ntoskrnl\ex\init.c to prevent from loading  usetup.
