I ran two "rosperf text" tests at the same time, but didn't really expose this
bug.  the two rosperfs take turns rendering text.  I did get corruption when
opening the run dialog while running "rosperf text".  I also see corruption when
opening larger files in note pad, like the runtests.bat I use to run the
winetests.  I also tried running simultaneous chargen sessions via telnet, and
didn't really see any corruption.  I will dig out my SMP machine and give ros a
spin on it, and see if it exposes it.
