I get the same thing often. When an executable file is double-clicked, nothing
happens. If the same file is selected from Start > Browse > Drives >
DRIVE:\PATH\FILENAME.EXTENSION, ReactOS gives an error like
"ERROR_BAD_EXE_FORMAT".
