I confirm we are getting donations fine to a new paypal adddress, so I don't
see what's wrong with us.

Paypal might tell that this paypal address is unverified, but this doesn't
change anything. I'm working to complete the verification process with paypal.

If the address you sent donation to is different from aleksey at reactos dot
org, then please re-open this bug.
