These patches implement basic Colortheming:
1.) desk.cpl appearance tab (party implemented): it's possible to change colors
(advanced button) if the color picker works again.
2.) userinit.exe: load colors from registry on userlogon
3.) create SysColorObjects on SetSysColors
Problem is: at the moment ChooseColor does not work. But it worked at least
partly (manual enty of rgb values possible) some revisions ago.
