If i browse the bugzilla without being logged in (no logged for months, no
cookies, etc) it shows on the Account section, 'Logout'. Expected: 'Login'/'Log
in'.
Shows correctly on other places: Forum 'Log in', wiki 'Login', blog 'Login',
(it's not standard).
