ms is doing "MS Shell Dlg Cyr"="DejaVu Sans,204" to tell this font is for 
langues 204, font type Cyr, but in ReactOS we do not accpect it in input, and
we do need todo it. Thanks to dejavu fonts. Today thunks we support now russain
letters complete. but have some problem there and there. thanks to diffent bugs
in ReactOS. Last this bug is slov. and Thanks for u did report it. This changes
will be in 0.3.1 when it comes.
