Sorry, but your patch is not correct. In most cases you should change the rbuild
files and not the sources. For example expat will me much harder to update. Here
is an example how I fixed expat. In /lib/3rdparty/expat/expat.xml:

-	<include base="ReactOS">include/libs/expat</include>
+	<include base="ReactOS">include/reactos/libs/expat</include>
