Right now, when you click "Turn Off" in the start menu, you are presented with a
dialog that asks if you want to shutdown.  It would be nice if we could have an
option to reboot the machine also, since there is no other way to reboot ReactOS
other than shutting it down and turning back on. On my real hardware, it means I
have reach down and turn the machine back on just to get my network card working.
