I've used others as examples, then i found the MS keyboard layout creator, and i
really put all the stuff right. (At least i think).

MS name kbdpo.dll

I haven't compiled yet, i'm still compiling cygwin as we speak. (gentoo system)

What is the prefered format utf8, utf16, iso, ??

I'll attach the files if the format is not the recommended please just say so.
