Sorry i was confused about mingwin, cygwin. Of course it's mingw32.

Well this pacth it's the correct one.

Now i have one question, why i can't test my keyboard layout file. i have
already my svn files patched with my patch. I've make bootcd, install and test
in qemu.
But it's always complainig about this

shouldn't that be Poruguese keyboard layout!?
