I've known about this one for a long time.  I personally experienced this on my
LAN and spent many hours debugging it with Mr. Yerkes.  I ended up switching to
a vsftpd here as a workaround.  I noticed today that ftp.3com.com runs a wuftpd,
and I was able to reproduce the bug with r20899.  It's about time this one has
been filed.
