It's a issue that i enconter during my locales tests.
The Portuguese definitions are shifted. The Portuguese Brasilian has the
Portuguese (Portugal) locale codes and the Portuguese Brasilian as the
Portuguese (Portugal) locale definitons, so if i choose Portuguese (Portugal,
i'll obtain) locale code = 416 it's the brasilian code, if i choose Portuguese
Brasilian i'll obtain code 816 it's the portuguese of Portugal.
Can you give a look into it.
