http://www.reactos.org/wiki/index.php/Realtek_8139 tells how to set up 
networking on real hardware. but since somewhere after r20300 it doesn't work, 
the latest actually working I know about is the r20298
DHCP doesn't get dns & default gateway, if set in registry everything works 
except default gateway. Ping ip works, ping full LAN name works, ping WAN ip 
fails, ping WAN name fails (gets ip from local dns but can't reach it.
