The CALL actually is a lighter instruction then JMP in some cases. The point is
that having a JMP will do all of this again.

Status update: I have written 3 of the 486 compatible functions. The 4th one is
a bit of a tougher nut (FlushSList) because it doesn't have a KSPIN_LOCK
parameter. I guess a system-wide one will have to be used.
