No debug information is present in debug.log file.

At start , a message box is displayed " Ghoss Installer installing ..." but
seems to crash .

The a dialog box is expected " Cyberoam Client for 24Online setup" to install
the program on the computer?

=> What debug trace must be activated to analyse the problem ?
