The "Regedit" and "ReactOS Explorer" links in the Start Menu are broken.
Clicking on one of these prompts two messages stating "ERROR FILE NOT FOUND -
The system cannot find the file specified." The fact that two messsages appear
for this error should also be considered a bug.
