I look at this patch, one more time it hidding the real bug in ReactOS
the problem is our vfat drv does not found right short name. if we using long
name it will bsod in vfat drv, for we are missing a implemnetions of prugecahe
if I rember right, and filip comment about that was it extrem hard to implement
in current trunk. But these problem is gone in cache manger branch, and in
cachemanger branch we got short name bug fixed and pruges cache manger
implement in vfat drv, and alot of ros specify api is gone for ntoskrnl. 

Whit other word this patch is not vaild, this patch in invaild. But this bug is
dublace also of early bug report in bugzila, I do not know which bug number
same bug have been reportet.
