- The patch file contains updated FR locale, fixing a couple typos and many
layout issues

- Fixed a couple _sntsprintf to wsprintf to compile both with msvc and GCC and
lead to a running application in both cases

- Added a #define to exclude japanese and ukrainian resources, that do not
compile currently under msvc
