I first updated sources to r26247.
Then I activated DEBUG_ALL.
Then I compiled "make setupldr"
But it doesn't compile - three warnings occured
- implicit declaration of "FrLdrMapImage"
- ...

Sorry, but I can't help with a serial DEBUG output of SETUPLDR.SYS from r26247
