Open and save dialogs doesn't working.

Debug output when trying to use browse in Start->Run:

Debug output from WordPad's File->Open:

MmUnlockPagableImageSection at ntoskrnl/mm/drvlck.c:78 is unimplemented, have a
nice day
(subsystems/win32/win32k/ntuser/misc.c:1539) UserSystemParametersInfo_StructGet
SPI Action 0x29 (uiParam: 0x1f4, fWinIni: 0x0)

In all other cases there is no debug output.
Tested in revisions 28578 and 28633.
